Hi i'm Rosie, a certified Personal Trainer and Menopause Wellness Coach helping people over 40 build strength, boost energy, and feel confident in their bodies.
My journey into fitness began in my 40s after experiencing early menopause. As a former art teacher and education manager (a role I still enjoy part-time), I know what it’s like to spend hours at a desk. That’s why I now love lifting heavy weights and helping others discover the power of strength training.Fitness wasn’t always my passion. I used to dread PE, came last in cross-country, and was never picked for teams. But discovering strength training transformed my energy, confidence, and quality of life – and now I help others experience the same.I specialise in personalised, inclusive coaching plans for all fitness levels. Whether you’re navigating menopause, managing a long-term health condition, or simply want to feel stronger and more energised, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build a programme that works for your life.Currently, I’m on a scholarship with British Weight Lifting, training to become a Level 3 Strength Coach, and I’ve recently qualified to work with clients managing a range of long-term conditions.
